The director of publication is Julien Defaut, in his capacity as President of Inellis.

3. Hosting

The application is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Data and the audio files produced are stored on servers located in the European Union.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the articast.pro website (text, images, graphics, logo, icons, interface, source code, software) are the exclusive property of Inellis or its partners and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, or distribution, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Inellis is prohibited.

The content you submit and the podcasts you produce remain your property.

5. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The terms governing use of the service are set out in our Terms of Use. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data. To exercise these rights, contact contact@inellis.com.

You may also file a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr.

6. Limitation of liability

Inellis strives to keep the Articast service available and up to date. However, the publisher cannot be held liable for any interruption of the service, any inaccuracy in content produced by artificial intelligence, or any damage resulting from use that does not comply with the Terms of Use.

Hyperlinks on the site may lead to third-party websites. Inellis is not responsible for the content of those sites or for the privacy practices of those third parties.
